New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, April 15, 2024:

April 12, 7:53 AM, Lea Nicole Pfaff, 42, was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal recklessness, criminal mischief, and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $51,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

April 12, 12:42 PM, Jeramy Jason Walls, 44, Jasonville, was arrested on a parole violation for a sex offender registration violation. No bond was allowed. 

April 13, 10:06 AM, Nathaniel Leynatan Sconiers, 62, Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the property value is at least $750 but less than $50,000. No bond was allowed. 

April 14, 7:53 PM, Charles Michael Orr, III, 47, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for manufacturing methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Ted Holley was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
