New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, January 27, 2022:

January 26, 2022, 4:05 p.m. – Rhonda Renee Wilkerson, 46, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
