January 21, 2022, 11:20 a.m. – Daniel Dale Evol Jr., 41, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $250 cash only. He posted $250 and was released later the same day.

January 21, 2022, 11:54 a.m. – Chad Allen Pemberton, 38, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving two counts of felony maintaining a common nuisance – legend drugs. He was being held without bond.

January 21, 2022, 2:35 p.m. – Derrick Jayson Easter, 45, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony child molesting, child exploitation and incest. His bond was set at $75,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $7,500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Detective Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

January 21, 2022, 7:41 p.m. – Issac Brandon Shepard, 18, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Logan Milligan was the arresting officer.
