August 13, 6:14 p.m. – Joshua Harrison Key, 42, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.
August 14, 5:09 a.m. – Thomas Jeffrey Cratty, 39, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a charge of felony operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. His bond was set at $10,000 with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.
August 14, 3:54 p.m. – Dale Lynn McNees, 65, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
August 14, 5:23 p.m. – Kenneth Edward Phillips, 41, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdememanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
August 14, 7:25 p.m. – Clint Edward Aaron, 42, Coalmont, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
August 15, 12:50 p.m. – Tony Allen Harl, 47, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
