December 7, 2021, 12:54 p.m. – Dustin Shayne Perry, 30, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a bond violation in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond.

December 7, 2021, 3:50 p.m. – Darreus James Rainwater, 26, Linton, Ind., was booked into jail on a work release violation in a case involving felony possession of a handgun without a license. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

December 8, 2021, 3:02 a.m. – John David Williams, 50, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond.

Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
