INDIANAPOLIS — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the National Shooting Sports Foundation – the trade association for the firearms industry – are announcing a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for the burglary of Cosner’s Gun & Knife Shop, located at 2234 37th St., Bedford, early this morning. ATF and NSSF are jointly offering a potential total reward of up to $5,000.

It was announced earlier that as a mark of respect for former U.S. Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada, the White House has issued a proclamation for display of the United States flag at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on the day of his interment scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022. But that is not the day of his interment. Sen. Reid is being honored in his home state of Nevada on Saturday then he will lie in state at the U.S. Capitol on January 12. The day of his internment has not been announced yet. Former Sen. Reid passed away on Dec. 28, 2021.
