Two drivers injured in crash in Jasonville area; SR 59 shut down during investigation
/Around 5:33 p.m. today, a crash involving three vehicles occurred on North State Road 59 and County Road 400 N in the Jasonville area. Two of the three drivers were transported to Greene County General Hospital with severe injuries. According to Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Caleb Sipes, the roadway was still shut down at 7:05 p.m. due to the ongoing investigation.
In addition to personnel from the Greene County Sheriff's Department, personnel also responded from the Greene County Emergency Medical Services, the Wright Township Fire Department, Air Evac 39, Air Evac 17, the Linton Police Department, the Linton Fire Department, the Jasonville Police Department, and the Indiana State Police.
No additional information has been released at the time of posting regarding the names of the drivers involved or their conditions as an investigation is currently underway.
