Indiana: Child predator and cyberterrorist sentenced to 75 years for threatening to kill children and bomb high schools in Indiana
/Indianapolis – Acting U.S. Attorney John Childress announced Friday that Buster Hernandez was sentenced to 75 years in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt. Hernandez used sextortion and made death threats to at least 375 minor victims and he threatened to use explosive devices at Plainfield and Danville high schools. A list of usernames Hernandez used to communicate with victims is included in this story and anyone who believes they may have been a victim of sextortion by Hernandez is asked to contact the Indianapolis FBI Office.
