SR 157 north of SR 48 to close for a few hours on Wednesday and Friday

State Road 157 will close Wednesday and Friday to replace two pipes just north of State Road 48

OWEN COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces our maintenance crews will be replacing two pipe structures on State Road 157 located just north of S.R. 48 and south of Coal City on Wednesday, November 10 and Friday, November 12, weather permitting. This work should begin around 7:30 a.m. and close the road until approximately 3 p.m. Our crew will direct traffic around a short detour.
