New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, April 22, 2025:

April 20, 10:25 p.m., Deborah Jean Rodgers, 54, Odon, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, identity deception, refusal to aid an officer, and failure to appear. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Andrew Weeks was the arresting officer. 

April 22, 9:52 a.m., Cody Duane Longest, 26, Vincennes, was arrested on a warrant for distribution of an intimate image. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Brandon Eads was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
