COVID-19 Stats: Greene County reported 16 new cases Wednesday, 10 on Thursday, another 16 today

When the Indiana Department of Health announced the updated statewide COVID-19 stats on Friday, August 21, the data showed Greene County reporting another increase of 16 confirmed cases over the previous day for a total of 317 confirmed cases and 35 deaths reported to the state, and a total of 4,118 tested. On Wednesday, stats showed Greene County was reporting 16 new cases since Tuesday and on Thursday, 10 new cases since Wednesday. These numbers represent an uptick in Greene County after a period of only 0-4 cases per day in past weeks.

Of those tested, some results may not yet be received or reported and included in the data. The new statewide counts are released once a day.
