Aug. 24, 2:09 a.m., Jonathan Alan Tarwater, 29, Linton, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the same day after posting $400. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Travis Hasler was the arresting officer.

Aug. 25, 12:18 a.m., Mason Paul Hazel, 25, Springville, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to at least .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the same day after posting $400. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer.

Aug. 25, 12:49 a.m., Patrick Gabriel Morris Jr., 22, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, and possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Travis Hasler was the arresting officer.
