March 31, 2023, 2:29 PM, Chelsea Marie Finchum, 27, Clay City, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony theft and misdemeanor theft. Her bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Officer JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

March 31, 2023, 4:18 PM, Kayla Marie Copas, 41, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor interference with custody.
