New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, December 3, 2020:

December 2, 11:29 a.m. – Theresa Mae Schmitt, 56, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for an alleged violation of conditional release in a case involving misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

December 2, 7:50 p.m. – Seth David Phillips, 23, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony vehicle theft and possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and criminal trespassing. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
