Timothy D. "TJ" Willard, JR, 42, of Dugger, IN passed away at 12:05 A.M. Monday, April 15, 2024 in Midland, IN.

He was born November 27, 1981 in Sullivan, IN to Timothy D. “Tim” Willard and Brenda G. (Dickerson) Willard.

Survivors include his parents, Tim and Brenda Willard of Linton, IN; siblings, Brandon Gossman (Chris) of Terre Haute, IN, Aaron Racey (Kari) of Terre Haute, IN; nieces and nephews, Chandler Willard (Sierra), Nathan Lindley, Secoya “Rae Rae” Gossman, Isaiah Racey, Gabby Racey, Jensen Gossman; great niece and nephew, Chandler Willard Jr., Kolsee Willard; 2nd cousin, Jo A. Gilbreath of Sullivan, IN; several aunts and uncles; special friends, Shane and Jolene Bell of Dugger, IN.

He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy C.”T. Boy” Willard – September 13, 2021.

TJ graduated Shakamak High School Class of 2000. He worked for Advics Brake Plant in Terre Haute as a Quality Technician CMM Programer. TJ loved gaming and computers and enjoyed playing D&D. He liked being outdoors, hunting and sitting in the woods. He loved reading, writing stories, playing the guitar and writing his own music. TJ was getting into Laser Engraving with his Dad. He loved his family and spending time with them.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 5 to 8 P.M. Thursday, April 18, 2024 and 9 A.M. until service time Friday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services are 11 A.M. Friday, April 19, 2024 with Pastor Mark Messmer officiating.

Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Timothy Cole Willard to Riley Children’s Hospital and Payton Manning Foundation. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
