New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • March 12 – Chasity Michelle Baker / Ramie, 37, Albany, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving possession of a controlled substance. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Special Deputy Karen Oliphant was the arresting officer.

Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers.
