Governor directs flags to half-staff to honor Justice Ginsburg

INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags across the state to be flown at half-staff to honor U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset until the day of her interment. Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff to honor Justice Ginsburg and her service.
