  • May 8, 10:34 a.m. – Seth Allen Hutchens, 21, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony auto theft and resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor reckless driving at a speed that endangers safety. His bond was set at $9,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana State Police Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.

  • May 9, 12:12 a.m. – William Nathaniel Adams, 28, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on two Writs of Attachment out of Greene County and a warrant issued out of Monroe County in a case involving felony dealing of methamphetamine. His bonds in Greene County were set at $400 cash only and $600 cash only. He was being held without bond in the Monroe County case. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

  • May 9, 1:26 a.m. – Christopher Morris Manning, 46, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Dubois County for failure to appear. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.

  • May 9, 4:41 a.m. – Ellen Marie Anderson, 51, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She was released later the same day after posting $100 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

  • May 9, 5:21 a.m. – Austin Wade Hudson, 26, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $50 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

  • May 9, 5:48 a.m. – Mark Allen Anderson, 54, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
