Indiana State Police Trooper Chance Humphrey arrested Stillions back on Monday night, August 26.

Trooper Humphrey reported Stillions was operating a white 2002 Ford Taurus that was sitting in the median of the interstate around 9:45 p.m. that Monday.

Trooper Humphrey’s report says Stillions exhibited signs of impairment including that he appeared tired and lethargic, was agitated but not abusive, and that he was slow to respond to questions. According to the officer, he detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Stillions and he observed alcoholic beverage containers in view.

Stillions allegedly failed field sobriety testing and after he was transported to the Greene County Jail, a certified chemical test was administered. Humphrey reported results showed Stillions had an alcohol concentration of .231. The legal limit is .08.

Bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. As of Monday, September 9, Stillions had not yet posted bond and was still in jail.
