Todd Allen Parker, age 55, of Linton, Indiana, passed away on June 8, 2026, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana.

He was born on September 28, 1970, in Buchanan, Michigan, to Charlie Parker and Wanda (Saulsberry) Bailey. Todd dedicated several years of service as a Traffic Signal Technician for the City of Bloomington. He was known for his curiosity and mechanical mind, always enjoying the challenge of figuring out how things worked.

In his free time, Todd found joy in playing the drums and watching his favorite NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his daughters, Emma and Abby, who were the center of his world.

Todd is survived by his mother; his daughters, Emma Parker, Abigail Parker, and Coreana Frampton; two grandchildren; and his siblings, Chuck Parker Jr., Tim Parker, Deborah Jerrell, Tracy Parker, Susan Buice, Denise Wagner, Michelle Drogich, Trish Dalhover, and Shannon Parker.

He was preceded in death by his brother, David Lee Parker, and his stepfather, Ralph Bailey.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
