Jeff "Pedro" Stockrahm
/Jeff "Pedro" Stockrahm, 71, of Vicksburg, peacefully entered Heaven at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, where he was reunited with his beloved wife, Leann, and those who went before him. Born on February 10, 1955, in Sullivan, he was the son of Carl and Alice Jean (Bedwell) Stockrahm.
Pedro was a proud 1973 graduate of Shakamak High School and spent his life working as a dedicated Union Carpenter with Local #224. He was a man who built not only with his hands, but left his mark in the things he crafted and the lives he touched. He had a deep appreciation for woodworking, classic cars, antiques, and anything with a story to tell. If it was old, well-made, and full of character, Pedro loved it. One of his greatest joys each year was attending the Elnora Tractor Show, where he felt right at home with memories of simpler times. But above all else, Pedro cherished his role as "Papaw." His three grandchildren were the light of his life, and he loved every moment spent with them. He was member of Linton First Baptist Church.
He leaves behind a loving family who will carry his memory forward: his children, Nicki Ray (Matt), Jordan Stockrahm (Abrianna), and Tyler Stockrahm (Kiera); his treasured grandchildren, Zeke Ray, Amelia Stockrahm, and Reuben Stockrahm; his brother, Brian (Marla) Stockrahm; and his sister, Carla Stockrahm (Mike) Kimberling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Leann (Trusty) Stockrahm; and his sister, Jean Ann Stockrahm.
A funeral service to celebrate Pedro's life will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home, of Walton Funeral Service, at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 15, 2026, with Reverend David Tyra officiating. He will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2:00-6:00 PM and again Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
