Teresa Renee' Hutton, age 64, of Linton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at 12:05 pm on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at her home. She was born in Tampa, FL on May 18, 1961, to Charles Polandick & Marie Robert. She was lovingly raised by Wilma (Roeder) Walker.

She was a 1979 graduate of Linton Stockton High School, a 1981 graduate of Vincennes University and then went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Greene County General Hospital for 43 years and was the OB Nurse Manager for several of those years. She attended Saron United Church of Christ; enjoyed taking care of others, fishing, hunting, painting, art, gardening, canning what she grew in her garden and crocheting. She especially loved spending time with her beloved family.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband of over 13 years, William "Jeff" Hutton of Linton; children, Douglas (Gail) Henico of Snellville, GA, Renee' (Brian) Graves of Knoxville, TN, Brianna (Kyle) Grimm of Corryton, TN and Amanda Henico of Linton; step children, Jeffrey (Christy) Hutton of Spencer and Jessica Silvers of Anderson; grandchildren, Adrianna, Taylor, Mason, Axton and Arlo; step grandchildren, Jett, Kadance and Madison; brother, James (Lynn) Tucker of Geneva, AL as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jim Walker, Gary Walker and David Walker as well as her step grandson, Davis.

Visitation will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 4:00-8:00 pm.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Lexi Poindexter Memorial Project in care of the Greene County General Hospital Foundation through the funeral home.
