December 16, 2022, 10 AM, Lloyd Robert Turpin, 50, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony intimidation and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and refusal to aid an officer. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $1000 bond and was released later the same day.

December 16, 2022, 406 PM, Keith Brian Powell, 43, Linton, was booked into the Greene County Jail on a work release violation in a case involving felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Logan Milligan was the arresting officer.

December 16, 2022, 9:26 PM, Sherri Lyn Scruggs, 54, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear at her change of plea hearing in a case involving misdemeanor theft, the other issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. In each case, bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. In each case she posted $500 bond and was released on December 17. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Logan Milligan was the arresting officer.

December 17, 2022, 1:06 PM, Austin James Hollifield, 31, Carlisle, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal recklessness. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also taken into custody on a warrant issued for failure to appear at his initial hearing on charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and possession of paraphernalia with bond set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Smith, 58, Dugger, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.

December 18, 2022, 9:19 PM, Davia Diamond Pabey-Simpson, 32, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony neglect of a dependent and domestic battery against family or member less than 14 years old and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime.
