December 15, 2022, 12:58 PM, Desiree Dawn Riggan, 35, Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for felony vehicle theft. Her bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

December 15, 2022, 1:23 PM, Dante Lamont Riggan, 32, Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for felony vehicle theft. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
