December 14, 2022, 10:51 PM, Jimmy Dale Modesitt, 62, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia.
