New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, November 24, 2021:

November 23, 2021, 9:19 a.m. – Adam Christopher Tibbett, 32, Springville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and on two warrants issued out of Monroe County, one in a case involving misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and one in a case involving felony possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the new charge but he was being held without bond on the two warrants. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

November 24, 2021, 2:02 a.m. – Miranda Star Effinger, 36, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one out of Warrick County and one out of Vanderburgh County, both for failure to appear. She was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.
