/New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, July 2, 2019:
June 30, 7:04 p.m. – Earl Lee Jerrell, 77, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued in a misdemeanor battery case. However, the case has been dismissed and Jerrell was released on July 1. Linton Police Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.
July 1, 2:02 a.m. – Richard Perez Jr., 48, Monrovia, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 cash and was released on July 2.

July 1, 3:44 p.m. – Matthew David Nowling, 43, Morgantown, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of a syringe. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.
July 1, 11:18 p.m. – Mark Andrew Irons, 28, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 cash and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zach Goad was the arresting officer.
July 2, 9:47 a.m. – Aaron Alan Weber, 25, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested. Charges and other information unknown but will likely be available to be included on tomorrow’s jail log.
