New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, April 30, 2019:

  • April 29, 2:01 p.m. – Christopher Lloyd Camden, 42, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony domestic battery in the presence of a child, and on a warrant issued out of Sullivan County on preliminary charges of felony illegal possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor illegal possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Gooding was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
