Linton Water Department – Boil Water Advisory Notice

The Linton Water Department will perform scheduled maintenance on the water system beginning Monday, September 22, at 9:00 p.m. The work is expected to be finished by Tuesday, September 23, at 6:00 a.m.

During this time, customers may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of water service.

Because of this maintenance, a Boil Water Advisory will be in effect starting 9:00 p.m. on September 22 and will remain in place until water samples are tested and confirmed safe to drink. The advisory is expected to be lifted by Wednesday, September 24, 2025, but an official cancellation notice will be issued once testing is complete.
