JoAnn Cook
/JoAnn Cook, 84, of Bloomfield passed away Sunday May 10, 2020 at her residence. Born January 19, 1936 in Marco, Indiana the daughter of Paul Carrico, Sr. and Dora Mae (Jerrels) Carrico.
JoAnn and her husband Jack owned and operated Cook’s Food Center, Highway 67 Motel, both in Worthington, and was a homemaker.
Surviving relatives include her husband Jack Cook of Greencastle, her three children, Jack L. (Janis) Cook of Gulf Breeze, Florida; Jana L. (Greg) McIntosh of Bloomfield, John G. (Pam) Cook of Greencastle, her grandchildren, Elisha Frock, Jonathan (Jasmine) Cook, Lindsay (Dave) Hanna, Justin Cook, Kasie L. McIntosh, Clint G. McIntosh, Heather (Curt) Wilhoite, Holly Watkins, Amanda Whelchel, Allison (Mitchel) Moy, she has twenty- eight great grandchildren, and one sister Paula Dean of Arizona.
JoAnn was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul “Buddy” Carrico, Kenneth Carrico, three sisters, Jean Booker, Wanda Northrup, Ruth Hancock and her parents.
There will be no public visitation.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Rockey officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery.
The family is planning a Memorial Service at a later date when everyone can attend.
