Betty Fay Butler

Betty Fay Butler, 85, of Bloomfield, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at her residence.

Born August 8, 1939 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Joe Sylvester and Mildred (Young) Meadows.

Betty was a homemaker.

Surviving relatives include: her children, Roenna Gregory, Linda Grubb and Phyllis Merrimen; her siblings, Phillip Sylvester, Evelyn Deckard and Loretta Miller; eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur E. Butler in 2016, Daughter, Debra Butler and her parents.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday, May 16, 2025 at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
