New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, July 19, 2024:

July 18, 10:33 a.m., Trey Brennen Bedwell, 36, Fishers, was arrested on a warrant for vehicle theft and resisting law enforcement using a vehicle. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Adam Adcock was the arresting officer. 

July 18, 10:49 p.m., Francis Paul Wooden, 57, Solsberry, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated—endangerment, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
