February 15, 2023, 12:31 PM, Katie Sue Coatney, 37, Sullivan, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at her initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Her bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

February 15, 2023, 3:21 PM, Paul Vernon Nichols, 47, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on two warrants, both issued for failure to appear, one in a case involving a charge of misdemeanor intimidation and one in a case involving felony residential entry and intimidation and misdemeanor domestic battery. In the first case his bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. In the second case he was being held without bond.

February 15, 2023, 3:21 PM, Ivy May Utley, 28, Trafalgar, Indiana, was arrested on a petition to revoke her suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.

February 15, 2023, 10:07 PM, Mariah Dean Padgett, 26, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and false informing. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. In a separate incident that occurred at the jail, she was also arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and was also being held without bond pending court appearance. Jasonville Police Sergeant Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.
