He was being held without bond. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Deputy Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

September 12, 2022, 11:45 AM, Rodney James Hughes, 36, Bedford, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony domestic battery with a prior conviction for battery against the same family or family member. His bond was set at $20,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $2000 and was released later the same day.
