September 9, 2022, 7:17 PM, Kerry Jon Glaser, 56, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on September 10. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Andrew Weeks was the arresting officer.

September 10, 2022, 2:11 PM, Kimberly Ann Stevens, 42, Shipshewana, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at her initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Her bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.
