His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released on March 16. Jasonville Police Sgt. Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.

March 16, 1:13 a.m. – James Randell Willoughby Jr., 34, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
