August 25, 1:01 p.m. – John Logan Parkes, 32, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony theft of a firearm. He was being held without bond.

August 25, 3:47 p.m. – Charles William Hughes III, 34, Greenfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony vehicle theft. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.
