New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • June 8 – Deborah Ann Massey, 22, Ellettsville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery – she failed to appear at her initial hearing. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed. She was released later the same day after posting bond. Greene County Jail Commander Ken Conolty was the arresting officer.
  • June 8 – Justin Michael Wease, 32, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $500 cash only. Linton Police Officer Indiana Miller was the arresting officer.
  • June 8 – Marc Anderson Patterson, 55, Freelandville, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
  • June 9 – Kevin D. Parrish, 55, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or above .15, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated involving endangerment. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released on June 10 after posting bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal James Harrington was the arresting officer.
  • June 9 – Heather Elaine Hatfield, 32, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with a BAC between .08 and .15, and possession of a controlled substance. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
  • June 9 – Amanda Marie Stahl, 36, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Gooding was the arresting officer.
  • June 9 – David William Stewart, Jr, 33, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony criminal recklessness and misdemeanor possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released on June 10 after posting bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
  • June 10 – Kaylee Nacole Blake, 27, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving misdemeanor theft. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
  • June 11 – Daniel Joe Day, 28, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
