/New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:
- April 27 – Kevin Douglas Linthicum, 48, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
- April 28 – Jesse Ray Bunnell, 34, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony dealing in marijuana, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $12,500 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
- April 28 – Amber Nicole Stetter, 29, Plainfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor dealing in marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $9,000 surety with ten percent allowed. She was released on April 29 after posting bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
- April 29 – Joshua Kerry Hasler, 37, Newberry, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $2,500 cash. Bloomfield Reserve Officer Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.
- April 29 – Michael Jefferey Delp, 36, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond.
- April 29 – Justin Coleman Caswell, 24, Springville, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated involving endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC less than .15, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
- April 30 – William Douglas Major, 33, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony residential entry and misdemeanor criminal mischief. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
