Statewide case counts on Friday, April 17 at 12 noon

INDIANAPOLIS —The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) today announced that 642 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 10,154 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

This evening, Wednesday, April 15, Glenburn Home is reporting the death of a second resident. The first was reported on Tuesday, April 14. As of this evening, Glenburn is reporting seven other residents have tested positive for COVID-19 with two of those admitted to the hospital. In addition, five employees have tested positive and are now under quarantine for 14 days.
