President orders flags to half-staff in honor of victims killed in terrorist attack in Afghanistan

The President of the United States has issued a proclamation for display of the United States flag at half-staff until sunset on August 30, 2021, as a mark of respect for the U.S. servicemembers and other victims killed in the terrorist attack on August 26, 2021, in Kabul, Afghanistan.
