Driver air lifted after motorcycle accident
/The Greene County Sheriff’s Department responded to a one vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in which the driver was air lifted to an Indianapolis hospital for injuries.
According to a press release from Sgt. Jordan Allor, he was dispatched to an accident on U.S. Highway 31 near East County Line Road where Sean Sargent, the driver of a 2019 Harley Davidson, lost control of the vehicle. The Harley was laid down and slid to a stop near East Couny Line Road. According to the press release, Sargent had severe road rash and possible fractures and was airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital by Air Evac.
Allor was assisted at the scene by Taylor Township Fire Department, Greene County Ambulance Service, and Air Evac 39.
