Wayne A. Stallard, 86, of Bloomington, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Monroe Hospital in Bloomington. Born January 14, 1936 in Watseka, Illinois, he was the son of Archie and Pearl (Probasco) Stallard.
