Patricia Ann (Wilcox) Sorrells, 80, of Mitchell, formerly of Worthington, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. Patricia was born in Greene County, Indiana on August 21, 1942, to Kermit Wilcox and Delores Willidean (Haldeman) Wilcox.

Patricia graduated from Worthington High School and retired from NSWC Crane. She was a member of the Mitchell Silver Sneakers, enjoyed reading, her cats and absolutely adored her grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Charles Russell Sorrells, children, Amber (Dan) Holt, Twila Michaelle Manning (Stephanie Marshall), Weston Lawless (Courtney) LeRoy, Alissa (Rob) Cromwell, Leann Pettit, Deann (Van) Stephens, grandchildren, Brooke Nichole Merry, Ashley Dawn Jackson, Victoria Alyson Holt, Bailey Ann LeRoy, Hayden Andrew LeRoy, great-grandchildren, Athena Baptista Elise Merry, Sophie Sue Jackson, siblings, Emma Lou Tourangeau, Kermit R. (Phyllis) Wilcox, Johnnie Bruce (Sue) Wilcox.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, October 28, 2022 at Worthington Cemetery in Worthington, Indiana.

Visitation will be 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2022 and again 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Friday, October 28, 2022, all at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home, 23 South Jefferson Street, Worthington, Indiana 47471.
