Muriel Pauline Gambill

Muriel Pauline Gambill, 95, of Linton, Indiana went to be with the Lord Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton, Indiana. She was born November 27, 1926 in Liberal, Kansas the daughter of Leslie Leon Paul and Leona Beulah (Utt) Paul.

Pauline was joined in Holy Matrimony to Reverend Jack Gambill on December 14, 1950.

 Jack and Pauline evangelized throughout several states and pastored several churches in Indiana and Ohio. Pauline used her God given musical talents of piano playing throughout her life and her ministry. Pauline worked  as a cashier down thru the years with her last position being at Save-A-Lot in Linton, IN in 2000. She was a member of the Church of God in Bloomfield, IN.

 Family left to cherish the memory of Pauline include her daughters Leona Ruth Phillips (Ernie) of Linton, IN, Jackie Sue Fullman (Steve) of Avon, IN, and Paula Colleen Doane (Clifford) of Solsberry, IN, five grandchildren, Jeremy Wayne Reed, Jimmy Doane (Jennifer), Jim Bradley Phillips (Jessie), Steve Phillips, and Amy Eberhardt (Trent), eight great-grandchildren, Tyler Reed, JJ Doane, Amelia Phillips, Elesia Rock, Matthew Page, Jennifer Wilson (Trevin), Megan Boggs (Wyatt) and Carver Eberhardt, and five great-great grandchildren, Autumn Reed, Triston Rock, Amberly, Brinsly, and Casely Wilson.

 Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, husband Rev. Jack Gambill, two sisters, Alice Clark and Grace Clark, three brothers, Sonny Paul, Joseph Paul, and Benny Paul, and son- in-law John VanBibber.

            Funeral services will be at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, IN Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 2:00PM with Rev. Carl Jackson officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until services Sunday. Burial in the Antioch Cemetery in Dugger, IN.
