Mira Ann Bowersock, age 76, of Linton, passed away on Tuesday evening, June 2, 2020, at her home surrounded by family. Mira was born in Linton, on December 26, 1943, the daughter of Orlan & Betty (Hostetler) Trinkle.

Mira was a 1962 graduate of Linton-Stockton High School. She worked at General Electric in Linton and met her future husband, Daniel, at work. They married November 2, 1968 and began their family. Through the years she also worked RCA in Bloomington and Sunbeam in Linton.

She attended Linton First Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, loved to travel, painting, dancing, and Sudoku.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Bowersock of Linton, her three daughters, Hannah Mackenzie of Washington, Kathy (Morgan) Buck of Texas, and Kristy (William) Angleton of Linton, four grandchildren, Lennie Wheeler, Eddie Mullis, and Vivian & Willow Angleton, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Johnie Trinkle and Larry Trinkle.

Funeral service will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 6, 2020, Rev. David Tyra officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 P.M., and Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of service.
