Michael “Mike” Joseph Holman, age 75, of Worthington, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at his home in Worthington, IN. He was born in Linton, IN on August 19, 1946, the son of Margaret “Maggie” (Stough) McNabb.

He was a graduate of Worthington Jefferson High School. He was the owner and operator of Greene County Glass for several years after he moved back from California. He was a U.S. Marine veteran and a member of the Worthington VFW Post 7117. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and target shooting.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Doug) Rickenback of Laguna Hills, CA; son, Michael Scott (Tami) Holman of Corona, CA; granddaughter, Jessica (Michael) Deschamp of Bloomfield, IN; grandson, Michael Lowell Holman of Pearl City, HI; granddaughter, Chloe Holman of Corona, CA; bonus great granddaughter, Summer Deschamp and an great granddaughter due January 2022.

He was preceded in death by his mother as well as 3 uncles and 1 aunt.

Funeral service with Military Honors will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington at 5:00 pm on Friday, September 24, 2021.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 pm until the time of service.
