Margaret Eleanor Dailey, age 91, of Worthington, passed away peacefully at 6:20 am on Monday, August 19, 2019, at Owen Valley Health Campus. She was born in Daviess County, IN on June 18, 1928, the daughter of William Aaron Hart & Mary Ruth (Smith) Hart.

She was a graduate of Epsom High School in Daviess County. She was a wonderful homemaker and took great care of the children. She loved spending time with her family on camping trips. She and Ralph would take the camper for about 20 years in the winter months to Florida. She enjoyed reading, crafting and visiting Mom & Pop shops during their travels.

Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Ralph Dailey of Worthington; children, Lois (Harry) Jerolleman of Alvin, Texas, Brenda (Dennis) Conaway of Worthington and Deborah Dailey of Worthington; granddaughter, Siobhan (Jeff) Mewhinney and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sons, William Dailey and Byron Dailey; brothers, Donald Hart, Ray Hart, Fred Hart and John Hart and sisters, Beulah Nolting, Betty Birt, Marilyn Scott and Zelma Helderman.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Friday, August 23, 2019, with Pastor Jeff Fulk officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
