Diane Skinner, 62, of Bloomfield passed away Saturday May 12, 2018, at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. Born January 29, 1956, in Linton, Indiana, the daughter of Charles and Edna (Roberts) Cook.

Diane was a nurse for many years and after her retirement from Monroe Primary Care, she continued working part time as a nurse for the Greene County Jail.

Surviving relatives include her three sons, Joshua (Terri) Neighbors of Bloomfield, Jeremy (Heather) Skinner of Linton, Jon Skinner of Bloomington, two grandchildren, Emily Neighbors, Matthew Hollingsworth, one sister, Jane (Jim) Carter of Bloomfield and one brother, Mike (Karen) Cook of Bloomfield.

Diane was preceded in death by her husband Carey “Ed” Skinner on December 11, 2009, and one grandchild, Erin Neighbors.

There will be no public visitation.

Graveside services will be held at a later date at Walnut Grove Cemetery with Rev. Erin Raper officiating.
