Clarianne "Ann" Hensley, age 93, of Linton, passed away at 9:07 p.m., on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Glenburn Home in Linton. She was born in Linton, Indiana on May 21, 1931, the daughter of Clyde and Emily (Baughman) Breck.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Linton, participating as a choir member and Sunday School teacher for many years.

Ann is survived by her son and daughter-in-law David and Claudia Hensley of Plainfield, IN; son and daughter-in-law Breck and Nancy Hensley of Wheaton, IL; six grandchildren: Matthew (Maggie) Hensley of Terre Haute, IN, Jonathan Hensley of Sherman Oaks, CA, Sarah Hensley of Minneapolis, MN, Katherine (Dan) Hahn of Wheaton, IL, Christopher Hensley of Wheaton, IL, Caroline (Kevin) McDonald of Madison, WI, and three great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rev. Wesley "Wes" Hensley and sister, Doris Thornton.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Fairview Cemetery in Linton with Rev. David Tyra officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Glenburn Home or First Baptist Church of Linton through the funeral home.
